The abortion fees cover the abortion procedure, lab work, ultrasound, counseling, medications given at the Center, take home medications, and the follow-up exam three to four weeks later. Rhogam serum is provided for Rh-negative patients at an additional cost of $60.

Additional pain medication by injection is also available for an additional cost of $60.

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and debit cards (as long as they have one of the credit card symbols on them). We DO NOT accept personal checks. Nor do we make financial arrangements. For credit card use, the cardholder must be present or written authorization for use of the card and identification must be provided.

Private appointments outside of regular clinic hours are available on a limited basis, for an additional fee. Please call for more information.

Financial Assistance is available in a limited amount. As a National Abortion Federation (NAF) provider clinic, funding is now more available due to the generosity of an anonymous NAF donor. This funding is based on income and family size and is available in states (Tennessee included) in which Medicaid (TennCare) or state government does not offer financial assistance.
